User Agreement

Plain English summary (the sections below control): Tennis Magic AI publishes live tennis picks, scores, prices and records produced by its own software. You read them; you decide; you bet, if you bet at all, in your own account on a platform you choose. We never hold your money, never touch your account and never promise a profit. Cancel any time.

1. Who we are and what the Service is

The service at tennismagicai.com (the "Service") is operated by Tennis Magic AI (the "Company", "we", "us"). The Service publishes information produced by our software: live tennis scores, market prices, picks, alerts, a practice ("paper") game with pretend money, and a record of past picks. The Service is an information service only. We do not operate a market, hold customer funds, take the other side of any bet, open or manage accounts for you, or provide investment, legal or tax advice. We do not place orders with any exchange or sportsbook on your behalf and we do not accept your exchange credentials.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and able to form a binding contract. Whether you may bet, on which platform, and from where, is governed by the laws of your location and by that platform's own terms. You are responsible for complying with them. The Service is not offered where it would be unlawful.

3. Your account

You create an account with an email and a password. You are responsible for keeping them private and for all activity under your account. One person per account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used to copy or resell the picks, or is used to attack the Service.

4. The picks are information, not advice or a guarantee

Every pick, score, price, color, number, alert and record is information produced by software. It may be wrong, late, incomplete or based on a score feed that is wrong or delayed. A pick is where our software would bet its own money at that moment; it is not personal advice, not an instruction, and not a promise that any bet will win. Past results, including the record shown on the Service, do not predict future results. Betting involves a real risk of loss and most people who bet lose money over time. You alone decide whether to bet, where, and how much, and you alone bear the result.

5. Third-party platforms and referral links

The Service contains links to exchanges and sportsbooks. Those are separate companies with their own terms, prices, availability and eligibility rules; we do not control them and are not responsible for them. Some exchange links are referral links: if you open an account through one, the exchange may pay us a fee. This never changes a pick. We are not affiliated with Kalshi, Polymarket, Crypto.com, DraftKings, FanDuel, BetMGM or Caesars.

6. The free game

The practice game uses pretend money only. Practice balances have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, and may be reset or changed at any time.

7. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

Pro membership starts with a free trial when one is shown at checkout; your card is charged when the trial ends and then monthly in advance through Stripe at the price shown when you subscribe. It renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time on the Billing page; cancellation stops the next renewal and your access continues to the end of the paid period. Partial-month refunds are not provided unless the law requires them. We may change the price with notice before your next renewal.

8. Acceptable use

You may use the picks for your own personal betting decisions. You may not resell, republish, scrape, share or automate the picks or any part of the Service, reverse engineer the software, or use the Service for anything unlawful.

9. Intellectual property

The software, the picks, the record, the text, the design and the name Tennis Magic AI belong to the Company. You get a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service while your account is in good standing.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, timeliness, availability, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Scores, prices and picks can be wrong or late. The Service can go down.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the Company and its owners, staff and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any lost bets, lost profits, lost data or lost opportunity, arising from the Service or from anything you do with its information, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Some places do not allow some of these limits; in those places they apply to the extent permitted.

12. Indemnity

You will defend and hold the Company harmless from claims, losses and costs arising from your use of the Service, your bets, or your breach of these terms or of any law.

13. Disputes, arbitration and class action waiver

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute that cannot be settled between us will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and you waive any right to a jury trial or to take part in a class action. Either side may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead.
