User Agreement
Plain-English summary (the legal sections below control): Tennis Magic AI is an information and automation layer for prediction markets. We are not a broker, exchange, casino, sportsbook, or financial adviser. You trade on your own exchange account (for example Kalshi), with your own money, under that exchange's terms. Nothing here is a promise of profit — most traders lose money. Automated features act only on the settings and instructions you choose, and you remain responsible for every order placed through your account.
1. Who we are and what the Service is
The service available at tennismagicai.com (the "Service") is operated by Tennis Magic AI (the "Company", "we", "us"). The Service provides sports data, analysis, scores, signals, alerts, practice ("paper") accounts, and optional automation tools that can transmit orders you configure to third-party, CFTC-regulated exchanges through API credentials that you supply. The Service is an informational and execution-assistance layer only. We do not operate a market, hold customer funds, take the other side of any trade, or provide investment, legal, or tax advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher), legally permitted to use prediction-market exchanges in your jurisdiction, and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including geographic restrictions imposed by the exchanges themselves.
3. Your exchange account and API keys
Trading happens on your own exchange account. If you connect API credentials, you authorize the Service to read your account data and, where you enable trading features, to transmit orders to the exchange on your instructions and settings. You may revoke this at any time by removing the key in the Service or at the exchange. You are responsible for safeguarding your login and for all activity under your account.
4. No advice; no guarantees; assumption of risk
All scores, colors, signals, "Magic" numbers, Edge picks, "done deals", track records, and other outputs are informational reads that tell you where to look — never what will win. They may be wrong, delayed, or incomplete (small tournaments in particular can lag). Past performance, including any published practice record, does not predict future results. Trading prediction markets involves substantial risk of loss; most traders lose money. Never trade money you cannot afford to lose. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions and their outcomes.
5. Automated features
Features such as automated trading tools, buy-all baskets, AI commands, Decider Guard, and automatic exits execute only when you enable them and only within the settings you choose (amounts, caps, modes). Automation can fail, fill partially, fill at different prices within your configured limits, or not fire at all due to market, network, exchange, or data conditions. Caps and guards are risk-management tools, not guarantees. You accept all outcomes of automation you enable.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe under the Company name shown at checkout. Prices, trials, and features may change prospectively. You can cancel at any time via the Billing page; cancellation stops future renewals and does not refund past periods except where required by law.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse, probe, or disrupt the Service; access another person's account; scrape or resell the data or signals; use the Service where it is unlawful; or use it under the age of 18. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules or create risk for the Service or other users.
8. Third-party services
Exchange prices, settlement, and custody of funds belong to the exchanges (for example Kalshi). Odds shown from other venues (for example Polymarket) are informational. Score and player data come from third-party feeds. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their accuracy, and we are not affiliated with them.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOST DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IS LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold the Company harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your trading, your violation of these terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
11. Changes, governing law, contact
We may update these terms; continued use after an update is acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida. Questions: contact the Company through the email on your purchase receipt or the site's support channel.
