What exactly is Tennis Magic AI?

A decision-support dashboard for live tennis event contracts. Subscriber accounts receive an isolated paper wallet, live tennis scores, market information, and AI-generated reads in one screen. Subscriber orders are simulated and never use real money.

Are you Kalshi? Are you affiliated with Kalshi?

No. Tennis Magic AI is an independent product. We are not Kalshi, not affiliated with KalshiEX LLC, and not endorsed by Kalshi. Ordinary subscriber accounts are paper-only and do not connect to a Kalshi account.

Are you a broker, advisor, or sportsbook?

No. We are not a broker, dealer, exchange, bank, registered investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, sportsbook, or any other regulated financial entity. We hold no customer funds and execute no orders. See the full Risk Disclaimer.

Do I need a Kalshi account?

No. Ordinary subscriber and promo accounts use their own $100,000 simulated paper wallet. No Kalshi account, deposit, password, API key, or real-money connection is requested.

What countries / states are eligible?

Subscriber access is paper-only. Local laws and the Terms of Use still apply; users remain responsible for confirming that they may use the service where they live.

How does the 14-day free trial work?

You enter your card on signup, full access opens immediately, and you are charged nothing for 14 days. On day 12 we send a reminder email. On day 14 the subscription auto-renews at the tier price you chose. Cancel anytime in those 14 days at /billing and you pay $0.

How do I cancel?

One click at /billing using the email on your Stripe receipt. No phone call, no chat queue.

Is there a refund after the trial ends?

Cancellation stops future renewals. Partial-month refunds are not promised unless required by law. See the Terms of Use §11.

How is my data protected?

Card numbers are held by Stripe and never touch our servers. Ordinary subscriber accounts do not provide Kalshi credentials. We use TLS for traffic and run no third-party analytics on protected pages. See the Security and Privacy pages for details.

What happens if the dashboard goes down?

Subscriber balances and positions are simulated. If Tennis Magic AI goes down, no real subscriber order exists outside the paper ledger. Service status is published at /status.

Can the AI be wrong?

Yes. AI outputs can be late, partial, or simply wrong. Independently verify scores, prices, and market state against your own judgment before any live action. Treat every AI read as a starting point, not a final answer.

What is Emergency Sell All?

A paper-trading workflow that closes the selected simulated position at the current displayed bid. It never sends a subscriber order to Kalshi.

Will I get Telegram alerts?

Only if you opt in. We never send anything to Telegram without your handle being saved in your profile.

How do I change my billing tier?

Inside the dashboard, open the billing portal link. Stripe handles the proration automatically.

What if I have a complaint or a legal question?
