Responsible trading
Event-contract trading can be addictive. Here are tools and ways to step back when you need to.
If you are losing money you can't afford, stop today. Tennis Magic AI is not a tool to recover losses. The product is best used by people trading with risk capital — money they can lose entirely without affecting their life.
Set your limits before you trade
Before opening a position, decide:
- The maximum you are willing to lose this week. Write it down.
- The maximum size of any single position (commonly ≤ 2–5% of your bankroll).
- A cool-down rule: if you lose three trades in a row, walk away for 24 hours.
Use the dashboard's risk limits
Inside the dashboard you can set a daily-loss limit and a maximum per-trade size. Once hit, the Buy buttons disable until you reset the limit (with a 12-hour cool-down). This is built into the product to protect you, not us.
Warning signs to take seriously
- Chasing losses — increasing bet sizes after a losing streak.
- Trading with money you need for rent, food, or debt.
- Hiding your trading from family or partner.
- Feeling restless or irritated when you can't trade.
- Thinking about trading at work, while driving, or in the middle of the night.
Self-exclusion
If you want to step away, you have three options:
- Cancel your subscription at /billing. Your access ends at the next billing cycle.
- Self-exclude from Tennis Magic AI for 30, 90, or 365 days. Send us a request through /contact with the topic "Trial / cancellation" and the words "self-exclude" plus the duration. We will close your account and block new signups under the same email/card for the chosen window.
- Self-exclude from Kalshi. Tennis Magic AI is a layer on top of Kalshi — the real bankroll lives there. To stop trading at the source, set self-exclusion through Kalshi directly.
